(Reservation necessary)
Every Tuesday from 09h30

The Programme :

Exhibition. Slide show by a professional,
demonstration of "cavage" (the unearthing of the truffles) gastronomic meal (possible), after which you can visit the market at liberty.

Tuesday Dec. 1 2009  “Ban de la Truffe “ the official opening of the truffle market of Lalbenque

Sunday 10th January 2010 ; church service ( 11a.m.) dedicated to Saint Antoine le Grand, patron saint of trufficulteurs.

Saturday 30th and Sunday 31th January 2010 : Fête de la Truffe, competition for best basket of truffles ( 10 a.m.) programme to be published later.

Sunday 28 February 2010 : Concours de Cavage (14h) with dogs and pigs, Truffiere des Grezes.
