Demonstration of “cavage “  ( searching for truffles with pig or dog ) weather permitting.

Tuesday 1 December 2009 Ban de la Truffe (14h) the official opening ceremony of the truffle market for the year

Sunday 10 January 2010 Mass dedicated to Saint Antony the Great,  patron saint of truffle-growers.

Saturday 30th & Sunday 31th January : Fête of the truffle. Competition for the best basket of truffles(10 a.m. ) Programme to be announced.

Sunday 28 February "Concours de cavage (14H) with dogs and pigs, Truffiere des Grèzes
