Truffle Day Every Tuesday- 4th December until February on reservation
9 :30 am conference on truffles and their culture, slide-show presented by a truffle-grower 10 :30 am – Visit to a truffle-wood and a demonstration of digging for truffles with a dog (weather permitting)
2pm – At liberty to visit the truffle market.
Price – adult 8€, child 4€ ; possibility of
special tarifs for groups and school groups.
(It may be possible to organise this event at
other dates and times for groups)

( Sales, meal, events ) Sunday 13th January 2008 Mass for St Antoine-le-Grand. Meetings of similar confraternities, and truffle-growers’ meal. Sunday 16th December 2007 : A Sunday in truffle country. Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th January – Fête de la Truffe Saturday 26th – Using the truffle in cooking. Sunday 27 : Concours of the best basket of truffles.
