The black truffle of Quercy

The best-known of our gastronomic specialities is evidently the black truffle of Quercy.
But do you know the goat's milk cheese the Rocamadour ?Here we call it a " cabécou"

You will also have the chance to taste the melon of the Côteaux du Quercy. Its firm flesh and its perfume, as sweet as you could wish, will delight your palate.

You know the wine of our region, the Coteaux du Quercy and the celebrated wine of Cahors. Excellent wines, to be consumed with moderation….

Do you know the saffron of Quercy ?

Cultivated in Quercy since the middle ages saffron is still grown in the canton.
