the château

This is limestone country, where stone walls enclose pastures in which sheep graze.

Two covered lavoirs, wells, gariottes, a sculpted calvary, and a remarkable chateau ( private ) built at the end of the 17^th century.

There existed formerly a fort, today completely disappeared, with a 22 metre high tower.
