Saturday afternoon, depart Wednesday morning.

stay comprises 4 nights with breakfast.
Saturday . I’ll be waiting for you from 4pm onwards with a lovely hot
chocolate and pastries ( both home-made )
Saturday evening meal – table d’hôtes
Sunday
: We’ll prepare together the jars of foie gras after the visit
to
the
producer. ( You’ll leave on Wednesday morning with the jars of foie gras
that you’ve prepared, ideal for the end of year meals...)

de foie gras, honey-caramelised apples on home-made gingerbread.
Quail
stuffed with foie gras
Goats’

Cinnamon chocolate fondu
Monday
based on the wines of Cahors and the Côteaux du Quercy ; tasting and
visits to producers’ cellars.
Tuesday, a day centred on the truffle : visit to a truffle-wood, and to
the truffle-market, with the co-operation of the Office de Tourisme of
Lalbenque ( truffle market Tuesday afternoon)
