Arrive Saturday afternoon, depart Wednesday morning. The stay comprises 4 nights with breakfast.
Saturday . I’ll be waiting for you from 4pm onwards with a lovely hot chocolate and pastries ( both home-made ) Saturday evening meal – table d’hôtes
Sunday : We’ll prepare together the jars of foie gras after the visit to the producer. ( You’ll leave on Wednesday morning with the jars of foie gras that you’ve prepared, ideal for the end of year meals...) The Sunday evening meal based on foie gras

Quail stuffed with foie gras Goats’ cheese Cinnamon chocolate fondu Monday based on the wines of Cahors and the Côteaux du Quercy ; tasting and visits to producers’ cellars.
Tuesday, a day centred on the truffle : visit to a truffle-wood, and to the truffle-market, with the co-operation of the Office de Tourisme of Lalbenque ( truffle market Tuesday afternoon) Tuesday evening menu “ the Black Truffle of Quercy “
